How Are Your Products Shipped?
1. FedEx Express Global Deliver (FEDEX) ---- Flat rate
of USD$20 any where in the world for a parcel not more
then 500gms.
2. EMS- The Express Mail Service --- Flat rate of USD$15
any where in the world for a parcel not more then 500gms
We recommend for items that cost $1.00 - $500.00, to use
FedEx Express (24-72 hours delivery, door-to-door worldwide).
For our shipping because it is Reliable, Guaranteed, Efficient,
Traceable and Insurable. Unfortunately, we cannot assume
responsibility for shipping errors related to wrong shipping
addresses, customs delays and agreements reached between
the buyer and FedEx to forgo a signature on delivery. |
How Much Does It
Cost?
All parcels, no matter how many items, will be shipped
anywhere in the world for the flat rate of US$20 (via
FedEx) per shipment weight not more than 500 grams.
For peace of mind, FREE insurance is provided up to
a value of USD$500 on all parcels shipped from www.Sargems.com.
Can I Get Items Shipped To My PO Box Address?
Unfortunately, no. for security reasons we require a
physical (street) address for door- to-door delivery.
What about Customs Charges?
You may be charged import duties and taxes that are
levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs
clearance charges are your responsibility as we have
no control over these charges and cannot predict what
they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country
to country, please contact your local customs office
for further information. Please Note: If a shipment
is rejected because of customs clearance charges you
will be responsible for any fees incurred.
Shipping F.A.Q
• All items use the FedEx Global Express, which is delivery
to your door within 2-3 working days.
• For Small parcels, Sargems.com recommends use of envelope
type shipment for saving costs.
• Also you can put as many items as you want, until
the weight reaches 500 grams (included the package and
envelope)/ shipment.
• We always pack you items in a small box, and put your
valued items in an envelope and cost the same rate as
the envelope type.
• All packaging material we use is the best packaging
material for gemstones.
• All items from Sargems.com are insured by FedEx (maximum
$500.00) with NO additional cost.
• Duty Fee or Tax or Tariff, customer take responsibility
for all cost that occurs.
• Gift Wrap is available for any Sargems.com items,
just ask us. (add only $2.00/each item)
