If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you can Cancel your order within 3 days of the day of the month of order for repayment or substitution. Nonetheless, if things don’t operate the same in any of the cases, then we are here, always at your service.

Purchases made on the sargems.com site can be canceled by just filling the simple CANCEL FORM by emailing to us within 3 days of placing the order and payment. For cancellations made through the sargems.com, we will email confirmation to you that it has been met and that your refund will be treated within 4 to 5 business days.

All the 'Custom Ordered' items once placed cannot be canceled as we begin to process your order as soon as we receive it in order to enable the quickest possible delivery to you.
