All www.sargems.com products come with a 7-day return policy from date of purchase. A minimum 15 % restocking fee will apply on all products returns.
All items may be returned within 7 days of the invoice date. There are certain limitations, however. The limitations are as follows:
- Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
- Items marked as "Closeout" are not returnable.
- We give our customers three days inspection period, so you must notify us within three days of receiving the package about the return either by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0066 89 1048610 or by Fax on 0066 2 6300187. We will not refund any shipment if you notify us after three days of receiving the shipment. These three days will be calculated as we receive the confirmation from FedEx about delivery. No returns will be valid if you notify us after three days of receiving the goods.
- We cannot accept items that are not in the original condition. The returned items must be unaltered, undamaged, and in factory condition. Additionally, all tags and packaging must be included.
- We find it necessary to charge a 15% re-stocking fee. (For example if you made a purchase of $100.00, but then changed your mind after receiving the order, there would be a $15.00 charge).
- All shipping costs, VAT, duties and return costs are sole responsibility of customer and that will not be refunded at all.
- If you request our assistance in selecting a style or color, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that these suggestions will work for you. We cannot waive the re-stocking fee on returns, so please make sure that what you order is what you want.
- No refunds will be made if we do not receive the return shipment within 7 days of shipment which will be calculated from the date of shipment we sent.
- *Please note*: The above limitations do not apply if the shipment is not what you ordered or is defective.
How do I return items I am not satisfied with?
- Pack the items in a sturdy cardboard box or a FedEx padded envelop or box and mail it back to us, with a traceable shipping service only (FedEx) and should be insured.
- All returns must be received within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Kindly let us know clearly If you want a refund, exchange or Credit applied to your next order either by email on email@example.com or by providing the details in the return shipment!

Can I just send it back without contacting you?
• No. You had to notify us within three days of receipt of shipment that you want to return.
