How Are Your Products Shipped?
We ship worldwide by FedEx Express (usually 2 to 3 working days, door to door). Shipping within Thailand is free.

We recommend for items that cost $1.00 - $500.00, to use FedEx Express (24-72 hours delivery, door-to-door worldwide). For our shipping because it is Reliable, Guaranteed, Efficient, Traceable and Insurable. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for shipping errors related to wrong shipping addresses, customs delays and agreements reached between the buyer and FedEx to forgo a signature on delivery.

How Much Does It Cost?

International shipping costs USD 10 for orders under USD 50 and USD 20 for orders from USD 50 to USD 199.99. Orders of USD 200 or more ship free. For peace of mind, FREE insurance is provided up to a value of USD$500 on all parcels shipped from www.Sargems.com.

Can I Get Items Shipped To My PO Box Address?

Unfortunately, no. for security reasons we require a physical (street) address for door- to-door delivery.

What about Customs Charges?

You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Please Note: If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges you will be responsible for any fees incurred.

  • Duty Fee or Tax or Tariff, customer take responsibility for all cost that occurs.
